These photographs show a fire at the Imperial Oil Warehouse at Harriet Street and Main West, on May 30, 1950. There was an estimated $150,000 worth of damages (With inflation, that would be $1,519,200 today). Despite heavy losses, firefighters were able to protect ten storage tanks containing 180,000 gallons of gasoline.
